About Me
Katie DiLoreto is a legal operations professional, supporting attorneys and clients through all phases of complex matters. She works closely with legal teams to ensure efficient case progression, consistent client communication and strong organizational processes.
Katie develops and manages the systems, documents, and workflows that keep cases moving forward. In addition to her legal work, she brings a strategic perspective to client-facing processes, applying marketing and communication principles to improve client experience, engagement, and retention. Known for her detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach, she implements practical processes that enhance organization, responsiveness, and overall case management efficiency.
Katie recently completed her paralegal certification at the University of California, Irvine, where she built a strong academic foundation in legal research, writing, and procedural compliance. She received her BBA from the University of Portland with a focus in Marketing and History. Her background also includes freelance marketing work, where she developed skills in branding, digital campaigns, and event promotion. This combined experience allows her to contribute both operational precision and client-centered insight to the legal teams she supports.
